4 Ways I Want to Help You

While I don’t have any events scheduled in January, I am certainly busy! This is the time of year when I am meeting with a lot of clients, writing a lot of proposals, and also working to streamline the business end of what I do. While I wish I could design with beautiful flowers all day, the truth is that the business part of owning a small business takes a lot of time.  This January I have spent a lot of time writing down ideas, setting goals and rules for myself, and planning for the future.  One of the things I wrote out are my core values.  These have always been in my mind but writing them down with intention helps the world see what I strive to do.

So, what are my core values? What should you expect if you choose to work with me as your designer?

Service

I promise to be as responsive as possible to emails, phone calls, and texts.  I will work with you and other vendors in a friendly manner and commit to give you and your event the personal attention I think is deserved. I only schedule one event per weekend and no more than three in a month so I can focus on you.

Details

I know that details are what sets one design apart from another and will work with you to tell your story through the details at your event.  I will create both meaningful and practical vignettes that will benefit both you and your guests.

Sourcing

I will work to source the freshest and most unique products for your event.  I am constantly educating myself about new products and trends.  I will use my knowledge of seasonality and availability to choose local flowers and foliages whenever possible.  I will locate rental pieces and accessories from local companies as well as wholesale and retail outlets.  I also commit to choose eco-friendly products whenever possible.

Creativity

I never create the same thing twice.  Each design is unique to benefit the client. My clients trust me to take their ideas, themes, and aesthetic and expand them beyond their expectations.
