A beautiful church and timeless, white flowers is the perfect match. That was the combination for Kendall and Aaron’s wedding ceremony at St. Bernard Catholic Church.
Kendall’s goal was to fill the church with flowers and candles. We started outside.
We draped the railings with garlands, added wreaths, and urns filled with flowers.
The softness of the white flowers continued when guests entered the church. The foyer was draped with fabric–a gorgeous touch–and an entry arrangement and additional wreaths also added to the decor. But the most stunning moment was the aisle entry arch.
Often the wedding party is the only group that is able to be in close proximity to a ceremony arch but this entrance gave all the guests the experience of walking through the flowers and greenery.
There were other special moments, like the flowers, greenery, and silk ribbons added to the pews.
Flowers were added both in front and behind the center altar.
Flowers, greenery and candles were added to the two side altars.
And special details like podium flowers and bud vases in the windows were also placed.
The view from the altar looking out into the sanctuary was just as nice.
What’s your favorite detail from this wedding? I’m guessing it’s the aisle entry arch, right? Can we make this a thing?!
Congratulations Kendall and Aaron! I wish you both the best!
