Our April 29th wedding is one that we will always remember. The families were easy to work with and they had assembled a great team of vendors to collaborate with. But what we will really remember is the rain. Seven inches of rain fell overnight. I laid in bed that night listening to the rain and worrying about the next day’s outdoor wedding. With the help of DayLily Events and Bauer’s Tents and Party Rentals, we worked together to create a fantastic wedding and reception at the Vanderburgh County 4-H Center grounds–despite the soggy ground!
The bride described her style as clean. With a color palette of blue, white, and silver, we set to design the tented space.
The family had beautiful lanterns that we incorporated with flowers and candles.
The family sat at tables with silver tablecloths while other tables were set with white cloths. This is a great way to draw attention to special tables and guests.
The groom built several furniture pieces for the event including this memory table set with flowers and candles.
Large urns helped the ceremony area feel more special.
I regret that I didn’t get more photos from this day. Sometimes we get busy and simply run out of time! Congratulations Haley and Ross! Best of luck to you both!
