I am excited to be growing farm fresh flowers at Farm 57! Using local, seasonal flowers has always been important to me. Local blooms are fresher than flowers that have been imported to us. Farm customers are telling me they are getting close to two weeks of freshness from the flowers they are purchasing at Farm 57.
Local flowers are often more unique because not everything survives the shipping process. That uniqueness is something I am focusing on. I want to bring the tri-state gorgeous flowers that they didn’t even know existed!
Buying local is also better for the environment and our local economy which is an important component to me and the business.
I am a proud member of Slow Flowers. You can learn more about Slow Flowers and how to support domestic flowers by visiting this link.
Pre-made bouquets and arrangements are currently available in the Farm 57 market! Special orders are available by request.
In the future I hope to offer a flower bar for anyone who wants to build their own bouquet classes, events, and bouquet subscription services. I will also be utilizing the greenhouses to extend the seasons to have flowers available as year-round as possible. Check my social media pages for updates of what is available.
I have no shortage of ideas and am excited to bring those to life and share them with you. Thank you for supporting this venture!
