I love small weddings. Large weddings are great too. My own wedding had a big guest list. But there is something special about an intimate gathering with just your closest friends and family with you on one of your most important days. Bigger is not always better.
Alyssa and Scott are perhaps the most laid back couple I have ever worked with. They gave me a color palette and budget and let me create what I thought would be best.
The bridal bouquet featured rich Karma Chocolate dahlias, blush spray roses, white wax flower, ruscus and plumosa fern. Boutonnieres and corsages were made with the blush spray roses, wax flower, and greenery. Unfortunately, I forgot to get photos of them!
The wedding took place at Newburgh United Methodist Church with the reception in the party room at Angelo’s.
Greenery, candles, and a blush table runner gave the table interest.
The bride and groom’s place at the table was made special with spray roses, wax flowers, and mini carnations.
I imagined a great night at this spot for the couple. How wonderful to be able to sit and see and talk together with all of your wedding guests!
Congratulations Alyssa and Scott and best wishes for a fantastic life together!
