Join us for the Tri-State Houseplant Expo Saturday March 15th from 10:00-4:00 at the Old National Events Plaza. The expo will feature 30+ vendors featuring plants, plant accessories, and plant related gifts.

Tickets for the expo are $5, available with cash payment at the door or by credit card through Eventbrite. Purchase tickets through Eventbrite HERE. Fees do apply. If you purchase your tickets online, please have your receipt ready when you arrive to receive your stamp for admission.

Moss Pole Class with Jesse Reising at 11:00am

Want to take your houseplants to the next level? Join us for a hands-on moss pole workshop! Learn all about the benefits of moss poles, how to set them up, and keep them thriving. Plus, you’ll create your own moss pole and pot up a plant to take home! Whether you’re a plant newbie or a seasoned green thumb, this class will give you all the skills to elevate your houseplant game!

Botanical Illustration with Ken Oliver at 1:00pm

Create a beautiful 9″x12″ watercolor illustration of a Monstera Deliciosa leaf in this exciting class. One of the most popular houseplants, there’s no doubt that you have one in your collection.

In this class, you’ll learn various watercolor and ink techniques that will let you paint a “botanical illustration” style painting. Suitable for framing and gifting, your friends will be amazed by your artistic style.

Terrariums with David Hamm at 3:00pm

Terrariums are perfect for all types and levels of plant parents! In this class you will build a closed glass terrarium in a jar with a lid and 2-3 tropical plants. All materials will be provided including soil, accessories and decor. Participants will learn how to care for their self-sustaining terrarium environment.

The expo will be in the exhibit hall on the end of the building closest to the parking lot. Parking is free.
